Toyota HiAce camper conversion: H200 vs H300

1 min read

The Toyota HiAce is one of Australia’s most-loved camper bases — reliable, everywhere, and easy to live with. But the older H200 and current H300 aren’t the same van to convert.

The H200

Boxy, simple and abundant on the used market. Its squarer interior makes for efficient cabinetry and a generous bed. A favourite for budget-conscious builds and our Rock & Roll fit-out.

The H300

Wider and more refined, with a different floor and wall profile. That means kits designed for the H200 won’t always fit — dimensions and fixing points are model-specific.

Why the fit matters

This is exactly why we build exclusive, vehicle-specific designs: prototyped and road-tested in the actual van so the storage and finish are exact — no spacers, no “close enough.” See which HiAce kit suits your generation, or check compatibility first.
