Four steps from kit to ready.

Order & receive
Your kit arrives palletised with every panel labelled and a step-by-step guide. Inspect for transit damage on arrival — note any concerns on the delivery docket before signing.

Unbox & check parts
Lay out all panels, hardware bag and fittings. Match against the parts list before starting — easier to flag a missing M6 bolt now than mid-install.

Mount & secure
Position panels against pre-marked anchor points, drive the supplied hardware with a cordless drill. The kit ships with every fastener you need.

Load & ride
Drop your gear in the storage compartments, run the bed configuration test, and you're ready for the road.

Safety & warranty.
- Read the install guide first. Every kit ships with a step-by-step PDF specific to that product. Skim it cover-to-cover before unboxing.
- Follow the supplied hardware sequence. We engineer torque values for the fasteners we ship — using your own bolts may compromise the load rating.
- 1-year warranty on every Kata kit. Covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Hardware and appliances inherit their supplier warranty (typically 1–2 years).
- If you're unsure, stop and contact us. A 5-minute call beats a misdrilled panel every time.
