1. Order Confirmation
   The order will be considered confirmed once the payment has been received. Note: Kits include 4 x 0.5m straps and 4 loops for installation.
   
   Please be advised that the Kata Camperbox unit you have purchased is a standard model designed to fit a wide range of vehicles. However, due to the variations in vehicle specifications and configurations, some adjustments may be necessary during the installation process to achieve an optimal fit.

2. Cancellation and Charges
   • Within the first week after order confirmation, no cancellation charges will apply except admin fee 300 AUD
   • After the first week, a 10% charge of the total order value will be applied.
   • After the second week, a 20% charge of the total order value will be applied.
   • Beyond two weeks, any cancellation will be subject to a 100% charge of the total order value.
3. Refunds
   • No refunds will be issued once the 100% order value limit has been reached.
   • In case of cancellation before the second week, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable charges.
4. Changes to the Order
   No changes to the order will be accepted after confirmation and payment. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and understands the conditions outlined in this guarantee.
   
   Any request for cancellation must be made in writing before the second week after order confirmation.
   
   
5. Assembly Service
   You are deemed to accept these Terms when you place an order for the Assembly Service.
   
   
6. Payment Terms
   6.1 Payment Terms Installation: A deposit of 50% of the invoice price must be paid when placing an order. The balance of the invoice price must be paid in full before picking up.
   6.2 Payment Terms Delivery – Standard: A deposit of 50% of the invoice price must be paid when placing an order. The balance of the invoice price must be paid before delivery.
